 Devin Gossett our Legendary Leader formed BacStat Corporation in 1969 and began operations to solve hair loss problems associatated with chemo and radiation therapy. After 4 yrs, of research with a team of medical doctors from Baylor hospital in Dallas, Tx. the company developed 7 new products in 1975.

 Mr. Gossett  graduated with a Degree in Marketing from the University of Washington in 1950. He has worked in the Industrial Chemical Field consulting with major international corporations such as De`pont, Dow Chemical and Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Gossett also has consulted with companies like                Jherri Redding, Vidal Sasson and Paul Mitchell.

A. B. Hoefelmeyer  Ph.D. owner of Eagle Labs , He is the Master Mixologist and Chemical Consultant behind the success of several major product lines. Dr. Hoefelmeyer is the Head of Scientific Research and Development for BacStat Products since1976.

 Dr. Hoefelmeyer completed his undergraduate studies in chemistry at St. Mary's University in San Antonio,Tx 1948, after which he embarked on completeing  a Masters Degree from  the University of Texas  in 1950, moving  ahead  to finish a Ph,D. at Texas A&M  in 1954. Dr. Hoefelmeyer used his degree's to secure a job as a Professor teaching chemistry  from 1955 into the early 60's. Dr. Hoefelmeyer also worked in the aero space industry developing compounds and materials that  help insure better performance and safety.
